Precautions for brewing

 

1. Put the special filter paper for Yuropress into the filter paper cover and wet the filter paper to fit the cover better

2.Place the filter paper cover on the filter cartridge and stand on a solid cup

3.Pour the fine ground coffee powder into the filter cartridge

4.Slowly pour 80 ºC hot water into the filter cartridge to scale 2

5.Stir gently for about 10 seconds

6.Wet the rubber sealing plug, insert the pressure rod into the filter cartridge, and press gently for about 20 seconds

7.A cup of espresso coffee have finished 

8.It can be made into American coffee (with hot water) and latte (with hot milk) according to personal preference
